The Kobe Trade Information Office (KTIO) is the U.S. Branch office for the City of Kobe, Japan based in Seattle, Washington. In 1957,city of kobe and city of Seattle formed one of the first sister city relationship,and this office was established in 1961 to promote business,friendlyship and international exchange between the U.S and Kobe. KTIO's mission is to provide information for companies and individuals interested in business and travel to Kobe City. We welcome your questions and comments about doing business in Kobe.
