Q:  Are you a trade office?
A:  No.  Despite our name, trade inquiries and information are only a small part of what we do.  Our formal title is the Seattle branch of Kobe City, Japan and we handle relations, events, etc between the United States and Kobe.


Q:  Do you handle inquiries in Japanese?
A:  Yes.  Our office understands both English and Japanese.
